Bringing Hope & Aid to Children of
Incarcerated Parents

White Background

When a parent goes to prison, the child's life changes forever.
Ambassadors for Hope is the only organization in Lancaster County with the sole function of supporting children as soon as the parent is incarcerated.

We are committed to bringing light into their lives and empowering them to thrive.

Teddy Bears

We supply teddy bears that allow incarcerated parents to record a loving message. Children of all ages love the comfort that these teddy bears provide.

Letter Writing Supplies

We assemble packets containing writing paper, envelopes, pencils and stamps to make it easier for the child to maintain contact with an incarcerated parents.

Children's  Books

We have carefully selected age-appropriate children’s books that address parental incarceration. The books we selected use trauma-informed language and encourage resiliency and good coping skills.
